To ensure the success of your project, we will discuss it with you in depth, and understand clearly what you need done. Lexicon will generate a document called a Project Charter. This contains a documented Goal, broken down into Objectives, and bounded by a Solution Scope. Included will be a Project Plan (generally MS Project), with a schedule and timeline. We will clearly define Roles and Responsibilities, Critical Success Factors, and QA Testing Plans including potential Beta Support and a Project Completion Date. This document ensures communication and consultant accountability. We find this approach to be very successful with all our clients and their projects.
